Very low staffed and slow on the food making we ordered online 20 minutes ahead and when we arrived the order wasn't even made we waited another 40 minutes and it was finally done, there was only 1 worker on shift and he had no help.

My sandwich was empty!!! Asked for extra lettuce and I barely got any. Asked for extra olives gave me 3 more. It was dry and poorly made. I don’t eat a lot of bread so I take off the top bread. Waste of money. We bought 4 footlongs and all were like that

Great Service! I have one major complaint; there was only one lady on staff making sandwiches! She had a massive line and online orders to fill! She kept an amazing attitude through it all, and I’m incredibly grateful for that! My food came out great, and my only complaint is that she had to do it alone. I had submitted my order at 1:20pm and waited 30 minutes until I received it. Again, great job to the lady on staff! Maybe management should include an extra staff member for peak hours? Stopped in here headed to the hospital, it's Subway so it should be quick, well it was not quick BUT it was ok. Marissa was the only one working, on a Saturday which is crazy. I get people call in but as a manager you have to suck it up and go in. Marissa was amazing and had a sense of urgency to get customers take care of. Shame on the manager for leaving her to fend for herself!
