I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on January 9 around 10:20 AM. I ordered a foot-long Veggie Sub and noticed the lettuce was yellow and looked spoiled. When I politely pointed this out, the staff member responded rudely, saying, “That’s what we all have.” When I asked for extra onions and said I was willing to pay for them, she refused and said she would not do it. I came with my friend for the sandwich of the day with TUNA the saleswoman told us that she had to prepare some when it should already be prepared since it is the sandwich of the day we waited 40 min she was laughing with her colleague we left without having been able to eat because there was too much waiting to FLEE.
