At about 12:09 on 7/27/24, we waited at the counter for 10 minutes or more without employees attending at all before deciding to leave. There was no service at all; the employees were apparently just having casual conversation in the back, out of sight. There was also a tray of bread left out in the open, not put away, with a couple flies flying around it. That doesn't seem ideal.

The customer service from the girl with bleached white hair was awful. I don’t know if she was new or just stupid. I asked for double steak and she gave me half the scoop. When I corrected her on that she starting spitting some nonsense on how they are supposed to do it. Every subway location I’ve ever went to put full scoops when you asked for double. Same thing with the cheese. My order was a 12 inch, so it had to be 2 scoops of cheese instead of one. She got really annoyed and started arguing with me. Her manager steps in... read more
