I have to say I was not impressed at all. I waited 10min just for someone to come help me and then I ordered a cold cut sub and only received ham on my sub. The person who helped me just did not care about anything. I was very disappointed.
Stopped in at 11:30 on a Saturday afternoon shopping at Walmart. No one behind the counter. Rang the bell twice with no response. Finally a Walmart employee goes behind counter and yells real loud. A man comes from back room and fumbles to say he was putting truck away. Never apologized for my wait. 30 seconds later a lady comes out and says she was mopping the floor. Then whispers to the guy. The customer service here is horrible this one employee who was serving she barely looked like she even wanted to work and was giving very bad attitude towards not just me, but other customers as well. While yes, the food is ok it's basically a microwaved sandwich not worth the service here. The Atmosphere is honestly abrupt and confusing there isn't even a focal point to look at.
Ordered online. Asked for oil and vinegar on the side. It was on the sandwich so by the time we got home with food, the bread was completely soggy. And there was so much mayo n mustard (ordered reg amount) he couldn't even eat the sandwich. Awful experience
Worst Subway Store Ever. They're stingy with vegetables, and served me ice cold eggs on my sandwich after I watched the guy feel them to check the temp. I guess the owner just doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone. Hope they go under and get replaced by a Jimmy Johns
