This is not just this subway but all of them. Stop only having 1 MAYBE 2 workers working esp. during lunch and dinner time. It’s really crazy. You do an online order and are waiting an hour and the app is telling you it’s ready. It’s not fair to your employees or your customers to do false advertisement.
They dont participate in franchise discounts,forcing you to overpay or drive to a participating location. hope they change the policy soon.
The staff at this location are as rude as the subway on tuscarawas st in canton and the one on wooster ave in dover. I have not had good experience at any of these three locations
the two gentlemen working on September 8th at around 7:30 were doing a great job. They were very patient, kind and overall very professional. They deserve a raise. They had to deal with this gaggle of morons coming in there berating them and talking down to them. Bossing them around, snapping at them, just overall being super difficult. They kept their cool and were very polite regardless of the absolutely horrible treatment from the customers in front of me.
