There were no customers when I entered the store. The man working was on his cell talking and completely ignored me for about 5 minutes or so. He finally hung up and took my order but was not very friendly at all. There was a sign in the employee work area that said that employees were not to be on their cellphone, but here, he clearly ignored the sign.
Didn’t even make it to the ordering part of the visit. It was obvious the associate didn’t want to be there or be bothered to move from his nap corner. I basically greeted a shambling lump who couldn’even warrant a reply, a welcome, any sort of communication cue; lazily sets out the wax paper then drifts into whatever parallel universe I nudged him from.
