unprofessional, employees are beyond rude. Tried to call back later about the issue, got hung up on, was also told prior to that there wasn’t a manager there.

Is this salad? I suppose that depends on how you define salad. If by salad, you meant a mess of soupy brown lettuce without anything you requested on it, then yes, I suppose this is salad. For $11, I would at least expect the bowl to be full of this concoction, not halfway to the brim with the remnants of the vinegar tray, lettuce trap, and spinach holder that hasn’t been changed since last October.
