Dinner rush and they were not prepared. Out of products. Soda non-existent. Forecasting and ordering are off, which affects the business as a whole. They were not prepared for customers.
Showed up kinda late, was a little slow but we had James serve us. Super nice man, appreciate him, his kindness won't be forgotten. Food was absolutely amazing too, made our day. We were in a rush so we couldn't thank him again but absolutely would've.
