Don’t get me wrong. Sandwich was good but giving 1 star for the fact that staff didn’t even greet and pay attention when I entered. They were making a sandwich for someone so if you’re in a queue or waiting they should tell you that we will be right there with you. Also restrooms was there but they said it’s out of order. Why? This has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve had at any Subway—and that’s after giving this location another chance. A few weeks ago, my husband left a review about the poor customer service we received from a particular female employee who often works at this store. Despite that, we decided to return, hoping the situation might have improved. Unfortunately, it only got worse. The staff are always friendly, They only ever use the fresh vegetables when some locations are less careful and the location is nice and spacious.
I have experience of an employee working here very much unfriendly and not much co-operative. I hope the customer service improves here.
I’m very disappointed by the employees service, everyone I go to eat something this girl’s face is unwelcome. I went today to get my lunch and the she was so rude and mad, her face was looking like she doesn’t want to help me. Please fix this? people are coming and she is serving people like this I don’t want to go there anymore.
