I’m a regular customer here with my bestie, and we always come back because the food is good and consistent. The staff is a bit friendly, and they usually welcome us with a smile and make our sandwiches well. Sometimes they may be having a bad day, but that happens to everyone. Personally, I don’t really go for the staff. I go back for the food. My advice is simple: just give clear instructions, get your order, and enjoy your Subway. The team has a lot of other things to do as well, so keeping it straightforward works best.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The tone of staff is really bad . Worst experience . Made me very uncomfortable for placing order . As well they should fix there washroom.
My daughter was just there about 20mins ago and ordered 3 footlongs one veggie and 2 tuna. What we received was 2 tuna and one veggie. Called the restaurant and the lady was rude and not willing to help me and asked me to call later to speak with the manager. After all that she said I have to go as there is a line up and she hung up. This is not customer service.
