I’m very disappointed with the service. I received three wrong footlongs and one incorrect 6-inch sandwich. I spoke with Kashmir, Anmol, and Kashish, who mentioned they would speak to the manager and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. This was really frustrating and unprofessional. I would have given zero stars if that were possible, as this experience was far below expectations.
There is an East Indian male employee at this Subway with longer hair (I didn’t catch his name). He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. He treats every customer with genuine respect and patience, and he makes my sub perfectly every time.
