I feel compelled to leave this review due to the completely uncalled-for way my daughter and I were treated today. I have already emailed Subway’s upper management regarding this incident but have not yet received a response. I feel compelled to share my experience at Subway due to the unacceptable treatment my wife and I have encountered on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, our visits have been marred by the behavior of an older lady who works there, whose verbal abuse has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Ordered on the app for pickup up at 12:35 and by 1:00 I was still waiting and canceled my order because I wouldn't have time to eat. The 1 person working was rude. Deserves a -5 star review.
We did not eat there, but the atmosphere and the rooms were very, very nice.
