My friend and I stopped in for dinner, and we had such a great experience. I wish I had gotten the employee's name because he went above and beyond, even though he was the only person working. He stayed friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one! Came here at 9pm, July 14th.
Subway you have one job to make bread and clear epic failure!!! Then we had to wait while he was hitting on two bigger girls (not judging them) instead of canceling our online order. Waited 20 minutes for him to cancel a mobile order because he didn't have bread made.
I'm a doordasher, I had an order pickup that I waited about 30 minutes for. The cashier was definitely overwhelmed, but absolutely wasn't paying attention to his job even a little bit. He was having to make 3 orders by himself because the other employee was walking around sweeping and talking to people, and the first employee burned my doordash order because he was too busy talking and trying to get me to send someone $5. The one individual working was so high that there was no way that I was going to receive my food in a reasonable amount of time after placing an order on the app, despite placing the order 40 minutes in advance and leaving a $10 tip. I left without food and felt robbed of $30 as he accepted the order and said it was complete in the app.
Angel was the only one here and still rocked out the sandwiches for an endless line of people
