The place need more personal
Mine and my husband‘s experience were horrible. We stopped at the subway that was closest to our destination, and it was the only one left and while we were in there, there was only one guy and he was nice. His name was Joseph. We asked him to get lettuce out of the back and he said that he just did and that he messaged his manager Chanel and she never responded back and I’d also told him that the cucumbers looked spoiled they were flimsy and looked slimy. Bad management at this location. Not many toppings on sandwiches Manager is not friendly at all and doesn't want to be bothered with taking care of customers needs and questions We stopped going there after years and literally drive to Williamsburg for a good sandwich and better customer service I would give zero stars to this location if it was an option
Subway you have one job to make bread and clear epic failure!!! Then we had to wait while he was hitting on two bigger girls (not judging them) instead of canceling our online order. Waited 20 minutes for him to cancel a mobile order because he didn't have bread made. Then he didn't cancel order so I got charged for an order we never received.
