God aweful, poor service and poorer tasting subs
This place sucks ! Plain and simple ! Don't waste your money ! The worst food ever ! All Subways need to be shut down !!!!
La empleada que nos atendió parece que le apesta la vida, o es selectiva con los clientes, pero su cambio de rostro al atendernos a mi hija y a mi fué tan evidente y triste. Pensé mucho en devolver el sándwich, siento que una comida preparada con tan mala cara puede hacer daño. No trabajes frente al público si no te gusta lo que haces.
If I could give it a zero I would. Employee had awful customer service, and didn't even make the subs with what we asked for. Used a different type of bread than requested, and the toaster must be broken. Not at all good. And glaring after getting no tip is crazy.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a sandwich online, but when I arrived at the store, the employee was closing up early and hadn't prepared my order. My card was charged, and despite reaching out to customer service for a refund, I received no response. The area manager has also been unresponsive to my emails. Very disappointing experience! Not going to order from this location ever again!
