At 9:40pm on 7/21//26 I walked into Subway in Barbourville, Ky. One car in the very dark parking lot with no lights on except the inside lights. Sitting inside to the left a young girl sitting at the first table with a laptop, a drink and a key fob. I walked to the counter, looked at all the food, looked for an employee and no one was there except the computer girl she was all I seen. Roach crawling in plain sight told The lady working she said I’ll tell my manager and the manager said maybe it’s just a water bug.. it wasn’t a water bug!!!
Sit in line for right at 8 mins and still have not took my order mind you I’m the only one in the line ! What on earth ? More workers need to come here cause clearly they can’t do there jobs
Never go to this subway it’s horrible they will never pick up the phone and will always get ur order wrong no matter what you say or how many times you tell them and it’s disgusting
