I placed a mobile order then sat in the restaurant to wait for it. I was watching the employee to make sure the sandwiches are made correctly because lately they haven't been. I watched this woman pick something off my sandwich and put it IN HER MOUTH then was about to continue the sandwich. I asked her to change her gloves. Is this really what I should expect from a "sandwich artist" when asking for a tuna salad sandwich? This messy slop is 90% mayonnaise 5% tuna & 5% everything else. It's not a hard thing to mess up. Please, do better. This is disgusting, & I don't want to pay for something I don't eat or enjoy.
Terrible experience every time. On the last visit, I ordered online. No one in line, and at the end it took 40 minutes for two sandwiches, AFTER arriving. The worker stated that the meatballs were not "cooked" and that they were out of almost everything. I asked how long it would take, as the order was already paid for, and the girl at the counter replied "I don't know."
