Is this really what I should expect from a "sandwich artist" when asking for a tuna salad sandwich? This messy slop is 90% mayonnaise 5% tuna & 5% everything else. It's not a hard thing to mess up. Please, do better. This is disgusting, & I don't want to pay for something I don't eat or enjoy.
Terrible experience every time. On the last visit, I ordered online. No one in line, and at the end it took 40 minutes for two sandwiches, AFTER arriving. The worker stated that the meatballs were not "cooked" and that they were out of almost everything. I asked how long it would take, as the order was already paid for, and the girl at the counter replied "I don't know." The old man that works there is absolutely disgusting! His handle of my food was gross going from touching different subs to touching various items and then my sub without changing gloves! On top of that my sister was touching the cups noticing they were bouncing and she’s autistic. The rude old man told her VERY condescending “You know I have to tell little kids not to do that right?” Is this what subway represents? I won’t be coming back and will stick with the better competitor Jersey Mike’s.
