Terrible customer service. Made a mobile order, they forgot my sauce on the sandwich I ordered, when I went back they refused to give any sauce since I didn’t bring the sandwich with me (even after showing the sandwich on FaceTime) told me I was lying and went as far as saying they’ll check the cameras to see that there was sauce put on it. WHICH IT WASNT!!! Manager is disgustingly rude. I did go get the sandwich and bring it back and she only gave a partial refund. States she couldn’t return the taxes and fees. Went in to get a sandwich asked for lettuce and tomato. Noticed that they were both frozen when eating. Nasty. Will not be going back.
