My husband and I went to this location yesterday and they weren’t to busy had a customer in line then us. So soon as we walked in we were greeted with “are you here for an online pick up?” Which we were not so we replied accordingly. We waited patiently for our turn. We told her the breads and so on so forth. My husband wanted his bacon cooked and he likes it double toasted. NORMALLY I have 0 issues with this subway, I almost always place an online order and pick it up. I placed an online order today at 1:14, set to be ready at 1:35. I get a 30 minute lunch break and I cannot eat outside of that break 9 times out of ten. I clock out and get there at 1:40 and wait in line and tell them my name and I had an order.
