Very bad customer service We ordered two chicken wrap there was a short height slim girl she was even not able to put extra sauces on wrap ... i am using subway from last three years and never heard that there is any restriction in sauces to use for wrap ...... never recommended this subway
The customer service was 3rd world country. I suggest this owner teach their staff what customer service is. I made a mistake by coming here. RIP Canadian Customer service.
Dirty, and found mold on the bread they were serving. I argued with the server, after refusing to change the bread. Took a lot of negotiating with the server and then I threatened to sue them if they served me that. Horrible
I visited this location twice but was disappointed both times because both times the order was not correct. When you ask them to grill the sandwich, they give a clear answer.The girls working here seem like they are not happy working from the heart, they are just completing a time. If you don't like this job or you can't do it with passion, please quit. There are many other students here who need work.
Rude behaviour by the girl on the counter. It really was unacceptable.
