A fly flew on my sandwich and the man was going to let me eat it, until I told him to change the meat out. Customer service wasn't the best, but the people seemed to not want to be at work. Would not go back to this subway.
What a joke of a location. I asked the gentleman at the front about a code I had from the app for a sub and if it could be applied to an order I would’ve like place. The guy at the front says I have no idea and does not even ATTEMPT to look at it or fix the issue. Then while I’m standing in front of him goes to the back. Comes back out and starts what seems to be an online order. Never asked me what I wanted. After 5min of standing in his face I took my losses and just decided I would go to another location. Very outgoing smart young lady She is always smiling every time we come in. Very professional and courteous. The atmosphere is much more chilled since the pink dragon lady is gone.. definitely gonna make it a daily trip...
We had 9 subs and 12 cookies we had ordered all footlongs and she was by herself and she was so sweet I think her name was Samantha? I seen Sam on her tag but couldn't tell the rest. The lobby was so clean! First I've seen it this good in so long that pink girl was finally gone the atmosphere was so much better without stuff being thrown or someone being mad. I'm glad this is a friendly place again.
