I'm not big on leaving bad reviews, but I went through the drive through to get my wife's pick up order. I waited for 10 mins and no one ever came. So I pulled around and went inside and no one was there again. I loudly said hello twice and on the 3rd time a young worker came around from the bathroom. I wasn't frustrated until I saw his frustration as he opens the front door and he tells another guy who is sitting on the porch to come in that customers were waiting. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was frustrating. We spent over $45 on a few sandwiches, and honestly, it felt like we paid for bread only. The employees were incredibly skimpy with the ingredients—barely any meat, veggies, or sauces. Every sandwich was mostly just dry bread with a hint of what we actually ordered. For the price we paid, I expected much better quality and consistency. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
Service has been great every time I stop for lunch.
