I stopped in for lunch and the young man working was rude. Terrible customer service. The restaurant was hotter inside than it was outside and that's saying something being June in AL. This used to be a regular stop for me as it has convenient truck parking, however today will be my last visit.
While attempting to use my Subway gift card was told “no money” on the gift card. However that gift card had never been used and was presumed to have $15 on it. So reluctantly my Fiance used her debit card to pay for the meal. While using her card she had to swipe it multiple times as there was some error the first time. I ordered a pizza online. I got there to pick it up and as soon as I walked in, the owner started yelling at me. Yelling that he was out of pizza and I would just have to come back next month. I sent my fiancé in because I wanted my money back and he refused to refund my order. Told my fiancé the same thing about coming back next month. So yeah, they stole nearly $8 from me. The middle eastern man behind the counter yelled at me for having 2 separate orders for 2 different people (1 for me and 1 for my 21 yr old autistic son who was waiting in the car), 2 different forms of payment, and 2 different coupons.
