Me and my wife ordered on the app went to pick up order was not right went back the lady behind the counter was very rude to my wife all we wanted was are food made right The we received a phone call from the manager refusing to do business with us and telling us theyll flag and to not return to subway in Frankston tx all because we ask for are food to be make correctly Smh
I placed the order at the wrong location. There right location was quick to make my order, he helped me through the door, they were less than half the price as the other one and they told me how to contact corporate to report the other one. This is where you want to go, especially if you want to actually use your subway vip points and coupons
