Just got threatened by one of their employees because I complained about my oder being wrong

Always love Subway but $33 for two subs with a drink is far, far too much. And they ask for a tip now. Couldn't get a cup for water, they charge for water too now No diet soda on fountain drink, multiple instances of this.
Location cleanness is iffy most days, they don't accept coupons no more even though their location says so on the subway website. You have to wait for the workers to come out from hiding to finally order. Food freshness is different most days with the lettuce looking old also Tomatoes looking old. Don't really recommend this location. I would recommend going to the subway location next to the Marion Town center.
Don’t even want to give 1 star. Ordered footlong meatball sub online. NO sauce on sub at all. Called to complain and female that prepared my order answered and i was told she didn’t have any warm sauce only cold sauce. Asked her could she not warm some up because it was only 4:34 not closing time or let me know when I picked it up if I wanted to change my order and how would she feel if that was her food.
