We stopped at this subway to take a lunch break. The manager named Willa, just stopped our kids to use the restroom and started screaming that you can not use the restroom. She was very rude, lacked basic human courtesy and was very very disrespectful. She was so rude, even our young kids got upset and said we do not want to eat here or use the restroom. We arrived at 5pm, they didn't let us use the bathroom and they rushed us to order, I would want more napkins and they didn't want to give me.
