Yesterday night I ordered 2 footlongs and they prepared totally wrong . I mean it's so surprising that I already mentioned the ingredients and they didn't follow it . It's your responsibility to provide good service to your customers.

Poor customer service. Really worse experience at this store … a lady name simran took our order didn’t pack properly when we came back to tell that why you didn’t pack it separately she didn’t confess her mistake and talk very rudely…… don’t recommend this location to anyone…..

First time, I came here with my friends and it was very bad experience and the poor customer service was provided by the staff name Simran, she don’t know how to pack the sandwiches as she just packed in the outer cover instead of packing first in the white wrap and also we asked for cutting the long foot sandwich in a half but she didn’t cut properly and after asking for packing in a separate wraps she just refused it. I really don’t recommend this location to anyone.
