I ordered the same sub on two separate occasions with the exact same toppings. Suddenly today I’m told one of those toppings is going to cost extra. The week prior this was not the case. When I questioned staff about if this was a recent change I was told that it was and they started charging for this toppling about a month ago. Out of curiosity, I went online to replicate my order via mobile order and of course this resulted in no additional charge. Seems as if the staff make things up on the spot depending on the day.

I’ve been here a couple of times and have had no problem. However when I recently visited this place I ordered an Italian herbs and cheese footlong and for the meat I put rotisserie chicken. When I ordered it there was only 1 in a half scoops left. It was basically empty. They give 2 scoops of chicken on a footlong and there was only 1.5 scoops of chicken and so im getting less chicken.
