I come here at least once a week for a soup and sandwich. The woman who works here full-time during the week is such a hard worker. She makes my broccoli soup fresh to order, which I really appreciate—I wait about 10 minutes for it while I eat my sandwich. I've had broccoli soup that sits on a heater all day, and it tastes awful, but I always enjoy it here. Her work ethic, cleanliness, and efficiency are truly impressive. I have ordered two foot-longs via subway app but they don't have the bread i chose. They should mention it if something is out of stock or contact the customer. Not satisfied at all.
I placed an order for for 1 footlong + another for 1$ and when i was charged it did not include the deal. And there was no help with the staff. very Disappointed
The lady working was very cold for some reason. Didn't even greet me (I said hello but literally got no response) or make proper eye contact. Gave me the wrong bread because she misheard me and didn't confirm what I had wanted. I wasn't given a bag or the chips that I bought. Had to ask for a bag and then bag it up myself. She didn't even bag it up! I've had a lot of Subway and this location easily has the worst customer service ever.
