Fresh food, excellent customer service, and cleanliness.
I recently visited this Subway location and was quite disappointed with the service. I asked for more onion and green pepper, and less lettuce and spinach, but got way too much lettuce. When I spoke to the girl with glasses and curly hair, she argued and said it was made correctly. So disappointed I won’t go there again.
Extremely friendly staff, I am always greeted nicely. My order was nicely customised and staff was patient while I gave instructions.
I visited a Subway location late at night, and the store was quite busy. What stood out to me was that there was only one girl working — completely alone — managing the entire store. Despite the long line and multiple customers waiting, she remained calm, focused, and polite.
