She was working alone (as her colleague looked like she was on her way out for the day) What I liked the most about the visit was I let her know i wasn’t ready to order, she went to do whatever she was doing. The staff have no idea what to do , what to say , I went to your store to pick up an order , girl working at the store informed me that the order is already picked up ! I requested her to if she could remake the order she denied, I asked her again are your guys sure she said yes we are not going to remake the order , i called support after all the waiting and speaking to AI for 12 mins , support called she picked the call and said yes we will remake the order again i had to wait for 10 more mins. Really bad experience from staff. Got insulted by the employees and they dont even know how to attend a customer. Such a bad customer service.
