The employees (2 girls, didn't catch their names) working at 12:30pm July 3/2025 were very pleasant and made a perfect sandwich. Thank you!
Rude and Unprofessional Staff- Went to Subway and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The girl named Mehak had a horrible attitude for no reason at all. Rolling eyes, acting like she’s being forced to work – totally unprofessional. If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe don’t work in customer service. I came in to get food, not to deal with someone’s ego. Management seriously needs to train staff on how to behave with basic respect.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I was shocked to be charged extra for crispy onions, which has never happened at any other Subway I’ve visited. When I asked about it, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the overall attitude felt like they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Order a chicken teriyaki bowl and the girl gave me 6 pieces of chicken teriyaki. Worst order i have ever seen . 11 dollars for 6 pieces of chicken teriyaki bowl. Never buying from them again . And also they are charging a dollar for spoon of crispy onion
