Ordered online they failed to give my dasher the soda and chips called the number for the store numerous times and no one picks up

Staff always shows aloha and smiling.
So, I went into this subway the other morning. Was ignored for a period of time as they clearly saw me standing there. The girl then asked, "Do you have a question?" Um, wrong start, her greeting should have been."How can I help you?" So I asked for coffee, and she said "Oh we don't serve coffee anymore." Yet I'm clearly looking at an advertising sign that says COFFEE. So if you don't sell something then don't advertise it.
