I am writing to complaint regarding my experience at this Subway location on Sept 18, approximately 8:30 AM. I visited this store to purchase a 6-inch Italian bread chicken sandwich with shredded cheese and lettuce as a school lunch for my daughter. The server charged my credit card $8.39 before the sandwich was even prepared, but did not provide a receipt for the transaction. Today we went to this location there are just one person working they need atleast two person because there are big line up. Every one waiting for 20 minutes
The store itself has a nice, clean ambiance, but that’s where the positives ended for us. The entire experience was ruined by an incredibly rude employee. I made a simple request to have the cheese placed on my sub before the meat, and she became visibly annoyed and made us feel like we were a major inconvenience. The whole point of Subway is to build your sub your way, but we were treated poorly for doing just that. Vegetables were not fresh. Worker rang in the woman in front of us, then came back and finished making our sandwiches without changing his gloves. Unhygienic.
