I’ve got to one-star it for now but will update my rating if customer service comes through. Basically I had a brand-new coupon in the mail and it said it had been used before (which it had not). Staff said the same thing happened the day previous to someone else. The coupon was not honoured and I had to pay full price, which isn’t cool.
