Today, around 1 PM, I visited Subway and ordered three subs — one Pizza Sub and two BMTs with extra bacon. There were two girls working there; one seemed to be a senior staff member (possibly the owner or manager). The way they handled everything was absolutely amazing. Ordered one footlong egg & cheese and one pizza footlong. I was charged incorrectly, extra meat was added and the order was entered as ham instead of egg & cheese because the staff member couldn’t find it in the system. She apologized and explained she was still in training. I genuinely felt for her, as she was left alone to manage the store, which isn’t fair to a trainee.
