We ordered a sandwich online for pickup, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The sandwich had so much sauce that the bread was completely soaked and mushy. It was also supposed to be toasted, but it wasn't. On top of that, the lettuce was old and wilted, making the sandwich unappetizing.
