Port Royal location. Saturday afternoon lunch. Manager/worker "forgot" to make tea and made no move to make any, even with 2 customers waiting for it. They weren't crowded so its not like she was busy. Instead she chose to languish in a booth, shout directions & yuk it up loudly with workers behind counter. I would just like to take some time to introduce myself I am the GM of this location,. I took over the store April 1st and have been doing my best to clean it up and run it as it should be Drive thru is up and running and all employees are being fully trained (the right way) Any and all ideas/feedback is always welcome Stay blessed
