Port Royal location. Saturday afternoon lunch. Manager/worker "forgot" to make tea and made no move to make any, even with 2 customers waiting for it. They weren't crowded so its not like she was busy. Instead she chose to languish in a booth, shout directions & yuk it up loudly with workers behind counter.
