Theyll send you coupons with this Subways address then when you go there with them to redeem a buy 1 get 1 they say we don't take those here. It's a ploy to get you in there and pay for things full price the woman behind the counter was rude and I'll never give them my business again
HORRIBLE Customer service from beginning to end. Aggression. All answers were no. No willingness to cooperate… Never again will I dine in this location.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. To begin with, the staff refused to honor valid, non-expired coupons without any clear explanation. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they dismissed it outright. When I placed my order for a specific meal, I was served something completely different because they “didn’t have it,” yet I was still charged full price for the item they chose for me.
