Talking on the phone at work while doing customer service is extremely rude and disrespectful. Your phone call can wait. This should not be normal. Do not come here.
I was caught off guard when I asked for extra banana peppers and the worker said it would be an extra fee because there’s a limit. I’ve gotten the same sandwich at different locations for the past year plus and have NEVER been told I have to pay for extra veggies. Lady with the blonde hair and glasses (didn’t look at her name badge if she had one) is VERY rude. Horrible experience.
Horrible service. Literally making customers cry with rudeness. They also secretly try to overcharge.
The owners of this subway need a refresher course in how to make a sub and it couldn't hurt for them to get a better attitude when dealing with customers
