One word: RUDE August 31, 2026, I made a verbal complaint to the SM about my experience the previous evening. The SM was very defensive, dismissive, accusatory, unwilling to hear feedback, refused to investigate and/or fully listen to my complaint(s,) ignored valuable information as it pertains to shrinkage, etc. There are couple of sandwich artist who give away inventory in the absence of a mgmt. I used 2 go in there 4 r 5 times a month...spend anywhere from $50-$100 @ a time...with my daughter & her service dog...last time was told we couldn't bring her in the restaurant...Well thanks 4 saving me so much money...If our service dog can't go in there neither can we.
