I wanted to take a moment to recognize Antonio for the exceptional customer service he provided during my visit to Subway. From the moment I walked in, Antonio greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel valued as a customer. Came in, asked for a sub, got it in a minute tops. Crazy fast.
I was told that there was an extra change for a few extra cucumbers? Since when did they start changing for the toppings? I won’t be back to this location again. The woman did it for me but said next time I will know there is a charge. What did they take my name and recorded it somewhere so I will be on file that they told me there is an extra charge? Lol. Maybe find another location to eat at. Never had this issue before over 3 more cucumbers.
