Placed a mobile order for our lunch break to pick up at 1:15. Order was not ready because of a line and only one employee working. When we got to eat our subs, they were wrong. The chicken bacon ranch had no bacon, for example. I feel bad for the one employee working alone, but I won't be returning.
Did a mobile order at 5:00 pm for two subs to be picked up at 6:15 pm. I arrived at Subway at 6:20 pm and the worker was helping another customer, another customer was waiting at the order line and a third customer was standing next to the cash register.
