Went in around 740ish and was told he wasn’t taking anymore customers, that he was to far behind and didn’t have barely any ingredients like if it says 9 you should be open til 9 not close when you feel like it, I can’t close my store down if I’m behind I have to stay later to close it

2nd subway tonight out of bread....I know your employees want to leave early but goodness. Need to hire employees that do what they are supposed to do....otherwise change the management

On Friday, October 31st, 2025 at approximately 8:52 a.m., I walked into the Subway located inside Walmart. As I entered, the employee working at the time came out from the back, looked at me, and said, “Jesus Christ,” in a tone that suggested frustration about my arrival that early. I asked, “Do you not want customers at this time?” and she replied, “My nose is stuffy, allergies.” It was clear that wasn’t the real reason for her comment, so I decided to leave. Extremely poor customer service and food management. 1. Constant shortages of food items: only picked up here twice, and each time sth was out of stock (once chicken and beef, another time flatbread). No prior notification was given, and the app showed my order as “ready” (which was not, and i cannot cancel the order or get a refund because of this misinformation).
