I had a really disappointing experience. There was a woman sitting behind the counter eating over the food area, which is honestly very unsanitary and unprofessional. When I went to order, the employee helping me said he didn’t know how to make the wrap I wanted and told me it wasn’t customizable—even though the menu clearly states you can add items like avocado for an extra charge. This is the saddest looking sandwich. The meat was dry. I had to pull the paper out of the bread.
We love Subway and normally don't have any issues. But I got lunch for myself and my son today 2.28.26 at the east Oak ridge location. The bread was hard and and the ham on my sandwich was not even full slices. my cookies were hard as a rock.
