One of the worst employees I have ever dealt with. I requested a change, but they refused to do it even though I paid online. A few days ago, I ordered the same thing at the Delta 48 Ave location, and they were able to make the change without any issue.
Absolutely horrible customer service
I visited your location at 7:25 PM 6-19-26 and ordered a chicken bowl. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service and the preparation of my order. Vegetables were added to my bowl without asking for my preference, and the portions of the ingredients were much smaller than expected. I would appreciate it if this feedback could be reviewed to help improve customer service and food preparation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
This subway is really good as well as the food . I met harman over there and she is really nice by nature
