I ordered my subs online about an hour ago Order number 52D0DEC2-43. When I was picking up my order, I asked the girl if she cut the sandwiches in threes like I requested and ordered two sides of pickles. She looked at me weird, and said What are you talking about girl? I showed her My order with my request and she pitched a horrible attitude. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me, She is a young black girl. She is a horrible representation of SUBWAY and embarrassment
So it’s Sunday 710/22 I went to this subway at 540pm the sign says OPEN as I walk up to the door there’s a big guy and girl (blk) locking up the door. The girl could have said as I walked up that they are closed but only after I said something! Then said they close at 530pm. Which is no where posted they close at that time, it says 930pm! They were both very rude to us!!! You can guarantee that they will never see my Business EVER again at this location!! The server was alone but there was no urgency,no dialogue with customers and she had this Nonchalant behavior. She did not impress nothing good on the customer. Very bad customer service
