Let me start by saying, the employees are very friendly and are always making people laugh while walking through the door. My complaint is that whenever we do a pickup order, it’s wrong. I will double check the receipt just to make sure we put it in correctly. We usually get toasted sandwichs and everytime we have gone they havnt been toasted. Or sometimes certain veggies will be missing or random veggies will be added. As much as I like the employees at this establishment, I would suggest the subway on Gilmore instead
Out of lettuce? How are you going to make sub sandwiches without lettuce? And offering no refund?! Disappointing
