Sub is always incorrect in some way. Items are always missing from mobile orders. Don't bother.
I never done this before but the customer service I got the other day was so Awful your website and Google says your close at 9 o’clock. I walked in at 6:30 to grab dinner for my family and the person that was making the sub was really rude and said we’re closing so she rushed to make my food and put the wrong stuff on the stuff and And when I asked for cookies and she said she didn’t have any, but the customer behind me got cookies and she knew him and said here’s your cookies that was rude of her. My daughter and I recently went to the subway in Lyons and placed an order for our church. Brittany waited on us. We were so impressed with her. Brittany is kind, efficient, professional, etc. She really needs to be the owner. She was so personable. I have not seen someone that great at their job in a long time. We will continue to come and hope we get her every time! Excellent service
