I ordered from this store 2 days ago and first off i had an issue with the order because they got the cookies i ordered wrong, but uber refunded that so that was whatever. But then after i bit into a cookie, i felt something off, it had what i can only described as clump of hair in it! I practically spent the whole trying to not puke. I contacted their "support". They closed the ticket saying it was resolved after a day, never followed up with me or anything.
I can give no more Star lady was so rude to me just cuz I don't say good morning... And she do not let me talk no more. Make me just point to whatever I want on my sandwich.. That was an awful experience 👎🏽
The short big lady at the counter was rude and had an attitude. She was pissed off when she was making my sandwich the whole entire time. Poor customer service.
