I gave two stars based on my last sandwich. The meatballs were cold, and the whole sandwich itself was soggy, messy, and leaky. Keep in mind, the short lady with black hair, made my sandwich; not the gentleman with dark curly hair (who is very good at his job, has manners, and provides good customer service here).
