The lady that im not gonna release, that was apparently the manager own shift. On May 20th 2025 was rude. No customer service at all made a mobile order online. And when I got there, she told me that they were out of it, and I asked her if she could make it up with a different type of meat. Even though I use that coupon and it shouldn't matter. Who ever is over training the new employees needs to take more time to help them. This fairly new girl had no idea how to make a footlong ham on flat bread. She had to youtube it. By the time she was done it would have classified as a 6inch. Im not blaming her for how it turned as she was never told/shown.
The driver was sent to the wrong store and when our food finally arrived the bread is so overcooked and hard it is not edible. We are home sick and this was by far very disappointing
