I checked both the posted store hours and the hours listed on Google, and they matched. Based on that, I reasonably expected the location to be open. It was 1 hour before closing. When I approached, an employee noticed me and then went to the back of the store where I couldn’t access them. On 10-1-2025 at 3:45 pm, the staff exhibited exceptional kindness, possessed pleasing personalities, and effectively addressed inquiries regarding our sandwich order, resulting in a positive experience. Previously, we encountered negative experiences with customer service with one individual and our order a couple of weeks ago. However, today's interaction suggests a positive shift in staff demeanor. Thank you for the positive experience and efficient handling of our order. Today visit was 5 star.
