They do a phenomenal job on their subs. Love the curbside delivery.
It’s so hit and miss at this location… On October 11th, once again, the toaster oven is apparently broken. Is it like McDonalds ice cream machines or something? It’s been broken the past 3-4 weeks now…or at least it doesn’t work when I go there.
Found a fist full of pubic hairs in my submarine sandwich. If I had asked for them, that's one thing.
There was one person working when I walked in. She said no one had prepped for her so she was feeling overwhelmed(but by the time I got there, she had finished prepping and was just doing orders.) The employee was calling everyone in line, “honey,” which I did not appreciate but I’m not one to usually call someone out on that. Here's another bad review about another Syracuse area restaurant from me lol. Trust me there are places I like, but I'm more inclined to write a review about my bad experiences in order to warn everyone. I ordered 2 subs through the Subway app this past week. One was steak and cheese, the other was turkey. These subs were absolutely pathetic, even with the 2-footlongs for $12.99 coupon, pathetic!
