The night shift is lazy closing down Almost 30 mins early for no reason at all refusing to serve and laughing thinking shii funny making 9 dollars n hourbut it’s w.e I will no longer come to this location
I ordered my sandwich online. I didn't ask for onions, the sandwich had a lot. I asked for light jalapenos. They gave me one. The sandwich was awful. It went in the trash.
Poor service, rude employees, paid extra for extra steak to get basically the same amount as my child's steak. Do not recommend westrome location at all
We there today the vegetables was not fresh. The lettuce was dark brown. I asked the lady that was working to go and check and see if she had any more lettuce. She told me no she didn’t have no more. Then I asked for the manager and they said they didn’t have no manager she couldn’t contact a manager. I could call back on Monday. Poor customer service poor not fresh vegetable so I will be calling corporate on this location plus there was another lady in there.
