I have had several bad experiences here and it truly saddens me that the prices keep going up and the quality of service keeps going down. I had a VEGGIE DELIGHT no cheese delivered the sandwich was 7.99 I received 1.99 worth of food. Black olives wasn't even an option on the sandwich. Please make a sandwich that is worth 7.99. At least make a sandwich you would like to eat. This Shorter location workers seem like they don’t like their job. They move so slow. Online orders are never done at the time it say. They are always out of items due to them not wanting to make fresh veggies. They are eating on the line. I was told tonight that online PAID orders come last. They made me wait until they did 3 customers order when I had already paid for my order online. Waited an additional 10 minutes. That’s the purpose of online orders.
