Did an online order and have a confirmation number then 2 mins later get a cancellation confirmation when I didn’t cancel my order and the thing said call your restaurant for more information the man on the phone was VERY!!! rude and was over talking me when I wanted to ask questions and told me nothing he can do when it said it was on he’s side I got told it will late 24 hours till a refund but on my confirmation cancellation says 5-7 days never in my life have I had someone soo rude and disrespectful
Male was pushy and rude
The lady making my order was rude.and charged me for two packs of cookies when I only wanted one. No customer service skills!
I order pretty regularly from this Subway (both through the app and in person) it’s about a 15 minute drive however today is the last day I will ever spend my money at this location. I placed an order through the app to be picked up. When I arrived the owner told me they didn’t have root beer in the fountain drinks. I told him I know that’s why I ordered the bottled root beer so I could get what I wanted for my kiddo. He would not let me get the bottles I paid for, he stated there was an up charge for them.
